Elizabeth Lim has over 20 years of experience helping businesses and consumer brands grow in the beauty, wellness and e-commerce sectors. Throughout her career, she has focused on global brand marketing and business strategy, with senior leadership roles at companies such as Shiseido, L’Oréal, Estée Lauder and Hain Celestial. In 2016 Elizabeth branched out on her own, serving as an operator, strategic partner and advisor to high growth brands including Winky Lux, Kosterina, SLMD Skincare by Dr. Pimple Popper, 8 Greens, NEZ deodorants and many others. Prior to her consultancy, she was the Senior Vice President at Essie, a beauty brand focused on nails, during a time of massive growth that led to an acquisition by L’Oréal during her tenure. She then returned to the beauty conglomerate to expand Essie globally and across multiple distribution channels. Currently, Elizabeth focuses her consultancy and fractional CMO practice on helping brands with their positioning, product innovation, creative direction and business modeling. She leads with a 360º integrated digital marketing approach and business-driven mindset.
